Now How Much Would You Pay?

With Pay-Per-Click ads, you are charged when your link is clicked.  You are in a bidding war with other advertisers who are doing the same thing, and you decide what to offer.  If your bid is too low, you won't show up to get clicked on. You only know what to bid after you play around a little.

According to Google, the cost you pay per click depends on:

  • your competition for the keywords you choose to show your ads for, and
  • the relevance of your keywords and your ad to the page your link lands on.
